Information Collection Scope
DeliveryException Casebook collects non-identifiable telemetry, public case diagnostics, and user-submitted routing inquiries. When navigating our public archive, server engines log strictly necessary network metadata to verify service resilience and prevent automated query abuse.
We do not aggregate private residential addresses, complete payment card credentials, or personal social identifiers. All submitted postal tracking identifiers are automatically truncated and anonymized in persistent memory caches before inclusion in public anomaly models.
Any routing identifier resembling sensitive consumer telemetry is hashed using one-way cryptographic functions before indexing in comparative failure records.
